The header file consists of the following objects:

RecordLength := header0 Number of acquired data points

TimePerPoint := header1 Time between data samples

TriggerPosition := header2 Index to the trigger position in the data record

FractionalTriggerPos := header3 Fraction of a sample interval to the trigger position

HorizontalOffset := Time of the first point in the record
