Can’t log into Tektronix AMS (Asset Management System) Licenses site to get my License/s.

Log into Tek.com, If not Set up Register then try AMS again when tek.com account is setup.

If you can login into Tek.com but cannot log into AMS Licenses.

            Verify Email and password for both Tek.com and AMS are the same.

 If the emails match, log into Tek.com Select the person icon  next to the log out on the right side.

            Select Edit, re-enter password, it can be the same one just re-enter, confirm, wait about 10 min then log into Tek AMS.

There is a sync between the tek.com login and the Tek AMS log in, re-entering the password will update the sync.

Note: First time AMS users must accept and follow instructions on the Claim check.
