DTG5000 SERIES APPLICATION SOFTWARE v2.1.4
DTG5000 Series product application software requires Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4 to be running on the DTG5000.
To check Windows 2000 version information, close or minimize the DTG5000 application, then right-click on MY COMPUTER and choose PROPERTIES, the Windows System Properties will be displayed. If your DTG5000 is not running SP4, please complete the software order form at the top of this page, to obtain a copy of the Windows 2000 SP4 operating system recovery disk. You must upgrade the DTG5000 Windows 2000 version to SP4 using the operating system recovery disk. The recovery disk and DTG5000 application software is also included with DTGM21, DTGM31 and DTGM32 modules.
