BERTScope CR

BERTScope 클럭 리커버리 CR 시리즈 고급 아키텍처는 현재 시중에서 지터 테스트 에 사용할 수 있는 가장 높은 루프 대역폭인 100kHz~12MHz의 PLL 주파수 응답을 측정하고 표시합니다. 루프 대역폭, 피킹/댐핑, 롤오프 등의 파라미터를 완전히 제어할 수 있는 최초의 클럭 리커버리 장비입니다.

최대 28.6Gb/s의 데이터 속도 범위 PCIe 3.0, 10GBASE-KR, 16xFC, 25 및 28G CEI 및 100GBASE-LR-4 및 ER-4 등의 차세대 I/O에 적합한 연속 데이터 속도 범위를 지원합니다.
PLL(위상고정 루프) BW, JTF(지터 전달 함수) 및 피킹을 독립적으로 제어, 측정 및 표시 송신기 지터 컴플라이언스 테스트 및 스트레스 수신기 민감도 테스트 교정에 정확한 "Golden PLL"응답과 장치 특성화에 완벽한 유연성을 제공합니다.
클럭 리커버리 입력 평준화 테스트 중인 데이터 스트림에 영향을 주지 않으면서 높은 ISI 신호에 대한 클럭 리커버리를 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 리커버리 클럭으로 "깨끗한 아이", 신호에 FIR 필터링 적용, BER 테스트 등의 다른 분석을 수행할 수 있습니다.
