This legacy version of Clarius is made available for Windows 7 computers.

The 4200A-SCS Clarius+ Software Suite provides a clear, uncompromised parameter analysis for your semiconductor devices, materials, processes and more. Download the latest version of Clarius+ to stay up-to-date with the ever-growing library of ready-to-use application tests, new measurement techniques, measurement videos, and application notes. This release can be installed on a PC. Please review the Release Notes for PC requirements and installation instructions.

- If your profile information is incomplete then you will be prompted to complete your profile by providing your name, Address and Organization
- If your profile is complete with above information but contains any information in non-English language, then you will also be prompted to provide your name, address and Organization name in plain English characters also.
Once you meet the above criteria, you software download request will be reviewed and approved so you can download the software.
Sometimes the review process can take up to One business day but you will be informed once the review is complete.
